      Decent projects with good technologies. Since most projects are in house, work-life balance can be well maintained. It is a financially stable company.

      Cons

      Takes time for growth in terms of upward movement and salary increases. At higher positions, you also need to learn to deal with politics.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
