      Decent compensation, great benefits, and an ethical company to work for.

      Cons

      As with all large corporations, there is some red tape that requires cutting. Certainly some of the the policies and procedures are redundant.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
