flexibility, some very average benefits, not terrible, but not excellent either
Cons
over 15 years- not one single raise- cola's most years, but not a single raise. not looking good for $1,000 tax cut bonus for employees- not even a mere mention about it. have never received one single xmas/end of year bonus, gift, nor party.
