Pros
The company is growing. There are various locations. If you need to work in the evening or want to work third shift they have departments that are open 24x7.
Cons
Some the departments are extremely unorganized. It's important to ask specific questions about job growth within the department and training. FIS is growing, but unfortunately they don't offer the best benefits. While I realize that having benefits are important having to pay 5K for a family or 3K for an individual deductible is extremely high. There are departments that promote backstabbing unfortunately and they promote chaos in the department.
