Pros

Absolutely nothing except the proximity to the near by Metro Station

Worst management Unprofessional HR 's No truth is told during the interviews . Dirty politics, they behave as though company is running only because of few old employees. No process, highly unprofessional people with no basic manners and ethics. Such incapable stupid people are made as managers who does even know their duties and talks nonsense most of the times. Expectations from new joiner is to launch a rocket without even knowing what and how a rocket looks like. Requirmensts keeps changing even after development. People are highly frustrated , many are absconding or have left or on notice period within 6 months of joining. High attrition that you would have never come across in any company. No work life balance people have to sit in office till late nights and fake promises are made talking about making process right. The cons are never ending, one can write a book about how exactly it works. One advise to anyone is to think 100times before you join here.. Don't screw up your career. And please be noted this is sunguard and the office is located at infantry road. I have heard the Whitefield one as good. Incase If you are reading good reviews it's applicable only for the Whitefield branch.

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
