Pros
Great potential to advance if you are willing to learn and take risks. The company has been growing for a very long time and opportunities keep opening up all the time. The merger should open up even more opportunities. It can't be too bad considering Metavante's executives are going to run the combined companies.
Cons
Management's claims of taking care of their employees fall a little short in reality considering that executive management walks away with millions every year and most employees don't even have the option of a nominal bonus regardless of their performance. The merger is a get-even-richer scheme for executive management.
