      Pros

      Fideltity has lots of potential, with many programs, products, services that should be in high demand.

      Cons

      Leadership. From one division to another, its as if you are working for an entirely different company. They preach being very open and one company, one voice. It couldn't be further from the truth.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
