Work Life balance in the location I am working.

Cons

The Compensations are below market and they give minimum raises between 0-2%. Management does not care about employees and does not take steps to retain employees not even the high performers The Carrier opportunities are limited Not much compensation difference between high performer or low performer

I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

Cons

Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
