      Pros

      allows you to be a part of solutions/troubleshooting which makes learning easy. There are so many different areas in the company, it would not be difficult to find your particular niche.

      Cons

      because of the hydra like nature of the companies areas, it's difficult to coordinate and communicate between different departments. lack of praise and personalized positive reinforcement.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
