Pros

There is simply none. It is a fraud company

Cons

A Typicall LALA ki Dukaan company... 1) Almost everyone join this company thinking that they will be working with Fidelity. This is not real Fidelity .....They are just taking the advantage of the name Fidelity since its a dictionary word and it cant be patented....This is not related to fidelity investment at ALL!!!! Please beware ... Still people working there think that they are working for The original Fidelity. 2) They hire people giving false information on their role. 3) No KT is provided and then (within 2-3 months) you are told that you have not performed well (just because they have to cut down the resources due to client turn back in which case new hires become an easy target ....and will fire you.... They play with a person's career.... It happened with soooo many people... its a NORM there.....please dont be their playtoy... 4) Absolutely no HR is there....no policies... 5) There is no professionalism.... you can't even take many bio-breaks !!! Managers are told to keep a tab on the number of breaks people are taking... 6) The worst part - They will even haunt you after you resign and leave ... They will not do proper full and final settlement and will eat up your money..... Join at your own risk!!!

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
