      Very knowledgeable manager great project manager high visibility with large clients Very competitive pay

      Cons

      Indecisive management egotistical developers don't want to fix/admit to thier coding errors inexperienced off-shore developers lots of drama/back-stabbing/jealousy Senior employees just waiting to retire and no ambition to go extra mile

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
