Pros

25 days annual leave, private healthcare and dental insurance, £20 per month contribution from FIS towards wellbeing. Easy to work from home. People are nice.

Cons

In the past year it has been redundancy after redundancy. Key people who have worked here 15+ years are being made to leave. No hiring is being done, so with key people gone, gaps are having to be filled by the rest of the already stretched team. Busy pipeline of work despite very few people available to do the work. Lack of communication from senior management. Lack of structure between LOB and CIO causing project delays. Good starting salary but no incentive for graduates to stay. Quarterly and annual reviews mean nothing. Despite succeeding in every task set, taking on additional responsibilities and consistently meeting goals - your compensation is not affected. Career progression doesn't really exist.
