Pros

No work pressure; Flexible work timing; Benefits are of 'not bad' kind.

Cons

Worst place to work for people with real technical skill; Almost all employee there are above Lead level, staying for more than 7 / 10 years. Since most of the in-house software are legacy & stable, very less projects available, so those people get involved in politics as their all time job. If you know to nod your head for Sr. Mgmt, you will get useless promotions with suffix attached to your designation (Level 1,2,3...); No one to identity resource with good potential No recognition for committed working (Senior Mgmt wont look at you, as long as their job gets done) No onsite opportunity

Pros

Most colleagues are well intentioned, but stretched beyond the max.

Cons

After filing for FMLA, my “leader” encouraged me not to involve HR in the future. The whole point of FMLA is job protection. Him making this suggestion, at best, seems highly unethical and potentially illegal. Some leaders are good with people. Others are more techno sound. The ones that can effectively do both are let go. It makes no sense and the company offers little transparency.
