      Good compensation. Not too much work pressure (because there is no work) Subsidized lunch at 250 Rs per monyh

      Every thing else No career growth No learning opportunities Pathetic infrastructure (a browsing centre is far better)

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
