      Heavily regarded employees have banking experience, especially in those banks that are current or prospective customers.. Product is highly regarding in the financial sector.

      Cons

      Project processes are ill defined with respect to lifecycle management and risk management. However, the wheels of software design and productivity seem to roll along anyway.
