      Good start for a fresher. Motivation is only verbal not in monetart terms. good work life balance. Since I worked for operations we had only 5 working days. overall it's good orgwork pressure which is common in all the orgnization so its fineanization.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.
