      Pros

      Seemed like a nice company to work for the cared about their employees, but found out how fickle they were.

      Cons

      As soon as their stock price went down and inflation rose they had a workforce reduction, which I found out they do regularly, and my newly created position was eliminated. Very disappointing!

      No Team Bonding Not enough collaboration between team members Not enough team members in a team Too much budget costs and push a lot of the work to few employees.
