      It is close to my home It is a job

      Cons

      Management lies. Management refuses to work with employees on any issues Being 3rd level support, but treated as 1st level. Was promised equal compensation and then not compensated. I have been asking for a job description for no less than 3 years.

      Pros

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      I feel like the strict budget is pay-gating me and that no matter how hard I work my salary will not substantially go up
