      FNIS provides access to advanced technology to deliver mission critical systems. IT investment in enterprise level systems and solutions is at about the right level.

      Cons

      Upper management has a limited understanding of the effort required to maintain the systems. IT engineers are required to work long hours and have unrealistic expectations to get the project completed.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
