Computer Equipment and facilities are a little out dated but overall a nice place to go to work each day. Management helps workers get attention for urgent business matters and genuinely care that their voice is heard to get points across to other business owners.

Required Weekend Oncall shifts for Analysts and expected to work a few holidays per year. Employee growth is mostly self driven and advancement in promotions varies widely from group to group and position to position. Promotion pay is not in line with national averages for advanced opportunities. Large Corporation means yearly raises are only basic at 2.5% on average. There are large communication gap between internal teams and documentation is very poor from Business teams turning over to Production support teams.
