      Pros

      Plenty of good friends in the company.

      Cons

      Very low wages, low to no raises, no bonuses or quality compensation. As oil and food go up (which are outside the CPI) they need to learn how to help us and pay a little more to offset our cost, not just make decisions to increase managements bank accounts.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.
