      Pros

      Vacation benefits. Reasonable health care for singles.

      Cons

      They continue to cut costs including laying off very experienced people. More and more is off shore to save money. The offshore (who are FIS) employees don’t have enough experience with banking, nor thinking outside box. Banking customers continue leave due to poor support and system stability and outdated technology.

      I was there for 17 years. I worked in several departments. Plenty of job opportunities.

      Not sure this is a con but they did alot off restructuring during my career.

      No Team Bonding Not enough collaboration between team members Not enough team members in a team Too much budget costs and push a lot of the work to few employees.
