      Pros

      Excellent pay, but you will work for it. Your success and overall experience depends on your immediate department.

      Cons

      The future of the company is uncertain. About 10-15 years ago, this was an amazing place to work. The 2023 downturn and 2024 layoffs changed the organization for the worse. Long time employees were targeted. A generation of tribal knowledge and leadership walked out the door.
