Pros
The compensation is quite good as well as the benefits. Upper management try to pursue a good work life balance for their employees through initiatives and programs so there's genuine care.
Cons
There's a big level of middle-management who, unfortunately, do not share the same vision as upper management. Being a Multinational companies, you also deal with managers from other offices that just do not practice or understand FMC Technologies' much-appreciated European/Western culture.
