      Culture among the employees is good. Everyone is ready to help and it is a relaxed place to work.

      Cons

      Not good comms from top down. Too focused on profit over all else, cost cutting is constant.

      Generally a decent place to work. The people I work with on my team are good at what they do and are supportive coworkers.

      Cons

      Pay leaves a lot to be desired considering similar jobs in Denver and this position is not bonus eligible.
