      - free lunch - generous dayoff

      - Toxic management where the senior people dont know what the market is looking for - Managers spoke very harsh and insulting words - Want to sell everything but 99% of the products suck - Shrinking benefits - Micromanaging - Management do not listen (especially those im Singapore, arrogant but ignorant)
