Very poor leadership & HR - Anonymous employee Fallon Health Employee Review

Management is very dishonest, inflexible, discriminatory, in violation of laws and company policies without repercussions. HR is powerless to do anything or actively works against you. Employees are over-worked and underpaid, managers can't or don't support their employees, upper management claims there's nothing they can do. People get frustrated and leave or just stop caring.
