      Not a good experience - Nurse Practitioner Fallon Health Employee Review

      Good coworkers, not much else

      Cons

      The health insurance was the most expensive I've ever had. Schedule was 40 hours a week, but I'd usually work a minimum of 50 to close my notes. A typical day involved being yelled at by a manager or seeing colleagues cry. Providers are micromanaged with way too many meetings. Work anywhere else!

      Flexible with PTO, very thorough training, great colleagues, opportunity to grow with the company

      Work-life balance can be tilted, management is often not flexible with communicated needs, "The reward for a job well done is more work."
