I have worked at Fallon for over 10 years. What keeps me here is the people I get to work with every day and the new and interesting projects we get to work on. We all truly do care about what we do and helping our members is always at the forefront. There is never a boring day as change is constant in the health care industry. It is a collaborative, caring culture.
Cons
Can be challenging to work through all of the government imposed rules and regulations that come with health insurance.
