      Relaxed work environment, make your own daily schedule, room for promotion, given all the tools to succeed (except labor), innovative

      Cons

      Expect you to be perfect in every area of a business, but don't staff branches sufficiently to support them. "flavor of the month" mentality with what's important.

      Corporate level has a ton of miscommunication if any, no room to grow unless you want to travel, watched others be forced into positions or let go, grade you on aspects you cannot control no matter how many excuses they give you that you can.
