Easy going sales environment. They train you to the best of their ability. They also promote from within and the company is very strong and secure.
Cons
Their are some bad apples that seem to put a bad taste in your mouth and the customers'. For the most part if you stick with it and get the help you need you will succeed at Fastenal.
