Pros
If you are beginning your career then Fastenal is an excellent company to get in on the ground floor of sales. You can quickly become a general manager, but there is not much opportunity beyond that level within the company.
Cons
There is a ceiling at the general manager level that is very difficult to break through since they have begun restricting their store expansions.
