Pros
A solid company that is stable and frugal. If they spent more money in some additional areas of their business it would make it a better and more efficient company to work for. They continue proper and develop but need to catch up fast with the world of technology and innovation.
Cons
Inefficiency in some of their supply chain could be spruced up and have either a system like Amazon or a robotic picking system that would help more accuracy perhaps. Also they need a strong IT development strategy as they are falling short with some of the changes our world is seeing in every day life with technology advancing quickly! Could offer much more in depth sales training and bonuses/rewards for sales teams.
