Pros
Decent pay. Quite a bit of freedom. Pay is mostly determined by performance.
Cons
Employees are a means to an end. You are disposable to them. Not even good performance can save you when they decide they want you gone. The entire management structure consists of covering own your tail at anybody else's expense. Company policies are purposely left vague so they can fire you for anything at any time. Top-down decisions are frequent but seldom helpful for store-level employees.
