      Pros

      worked independently after training. Pay was fair. people worked together well because it used to be Viking Freight.

      Cons

      Previously it was Viking Freight and it worked very well. Got bought out by FedEx and they starting changing the philosophy of the company and working backwards to Harrison,AK way of thinking. That is how it lost a lot valuable prime employees and customers.

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
