      Pros

      Good pay and benefits. Excellent equipment and uniforms. No weekend work except if you volunteer. Overall good place to work.

      Cons

      Merger with fedex national is coming up. Not enough communication with employees. Too many rumors going around and not enough facts.

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
