Pros
FedEx is probably the best part time job available. Best college job very flexible with school schedule tuition reimbursement is convenient
Cons
If its slow they will call you off or send you home early. Your not allowed to work over 30 hours per week. Almost all the dock supervisors are a joke and lack common sense. Don't even think of becoming full time unless you want to become a driver. Only way to move up within the company is if you suck up to management. Hard work is never noticed and doesn't come into play when it comes to moving up.
