      Pros

      Great Company, retirement plan, reputation and always improving. Drivers give good input on the tone of different locations. Have to give credit when they try to improve the overall warehouse performance.

      Cons

      The challenges in Supervision, OM's and personal attitudes, toxic environment, don't make it easy to show them the right way when you're treated like an enemy!!

      Pros

      Good pay ,benefits ,and people. Can move up/on to other positions. Education reimbursement too

      Cons

      Heavier boxes ,also awkward sizes that are large! Then step up into truck with those heavy n awkward boxes.12 hr days, not 10 as posted in job application box. Supposedly contracting out soon so be careful if choose this job.cant follow procedures for truck loading safety bc in reality it’s that’s not how it’s done on trucks bc everyday is a rush (they say it isn’t though)
