we get real good shipping rates. good benefits.

Cons

where should i start: pay could be much better. training sucks. quality of the machines we use are horrible. work hours constantly change. NNNNNOOOOOO room for growth. depressed workers, because of the company. work holidays, while fedex express and ground doesn't. NEVERRR listen to the team members point of view. CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS RIGHT, AND I MEAN ALWAYSSS i could go on and on

Pros

Have a Strong staff and great customers -for the most part. Don't see my boss but 1-2 month.

Cons

The corp fluff to accomplish something. Setting all these goals and targets then forget about 90% until it's time to do the yearly "anonymous" survey. Then you see which stores had how many surveys done. 🙄 Keep it short and sweet it would be more effective. Have outstanding customer service but don't do anything personal in your store to recognize your customers. Be different but don't show it 😂 Working for Amazon now with no more pay. It benefits the store not us in our paychecks. At times unrealistic expectations with a high volume store and a staff of 4-5.
