Pros
Hours, competitive financial products, training and continued leadership training through online resources. Great compensation for certain investment products referred. Humana Vitality!
Cons
Political, poor lower level management in retail, no "kpi" adjustment for licensed bankers even though there is an added revenue goal. Reporting and systems take up time that can be spent being more productive. A lot of "fluff" positions that seem to be adding value but are not.
