Pros
Looks good for a resume to get a job elsewhere. I'd also say that it's a secure job, but they've quietly been doing lay-offs for years under the disguise of "job elimination".
Cons
It's a large company and like most large companies it's outward appearance looks structured, but behind the scenes it's a constant budget struggle with limited resources and a revolving door of senior management.
