Fifth Third Bank offered a pleasant work environment. Most of the employees worked well together. Benefits and pay scale were in line with other regional banks.
Cons
Couldn't figure out what they wanted to do with Business Banking Compensation system that focused on the number of widgets sold rather than rewarding employees for focusing on the needs of clients.
