      The people at Fifth Third are dedicated and committed to excellence. The teams I have worked with are committed to delivering value to their customers. Great work/life balance flexibility.

      Cons

      Leadership in my area is opaque and seems to make short-sighted decisions that lead to long run problems. Core systems are critically out of date with intention of updating. Understaffing is becoming a real, operational issue. Benefits and salaries are low, even for a bank.

      Decent benefits, reliable, friendly team but that’s branch specific

      Cons

      FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES!!! You all emphasize work life balance but have us working 6 days a week. If you don’t live in OH, your career opportunities are practically nonexistent. Also- close at 5 on Fridays like a normal bank.
