      -Really good people, who care for your success -Reasonable hours, and sometimes good management

      Cons

      -Job is not fun. You're either selling loans to people or counting cash/depositing it in the drawer -Working bad hours even if it's 8-5 -Putting on a suit everyday gets boring after a while

      Decent benefits, reliable, friendly team but that’s branch specific

      Cons

      FIX YOUR STAFFING ISSUES!!! You all emphasize work life balance but have us working 6 days a week. If you don’t live in OH, your career opportunities are practically nonexistent. Also- close at 5 on Fridays like a normal bank.
