      Flexible work schedule, great team to work with . Office locations is great in the heart of downtown Boulder. Exposure to many of the worlds largest athletic brands.

      Cons

      Out of touch executive team. Ego driven directors. No clear path for growth within the current structure. Strategic direction over the company's direction for the future isn't clear.
