      enjoyable atmosphere to work in decent benefits package good employee discount percentage plenty of contests and bonus opportunities throughout the year

      substandard compensation inconsistency in amount of hours each week high turnover in GM position dealing with out-of-control customers ridiculous sales goals and policies implemented occasionally
