      Pros

      Pros- good work environment, opportunity to move up to assistant manager and manager. Overall its a good company if you are interested in retail, sales and commission is good.

      Cons

      Commission is not for everyone. And some employees are not too competent. A lot of kids are hired out of high school who dont have great work ethic.
