Pros
A fun environment, especially if you are into sports. They company kept the associate competitive, which made the job more fun.
Cons
The pay was the biggest thing for me. You made a small hourly wage plus commission. However, the commission percentage was not that much. Even after busting your butt, you still would not make much.
