      Good people to work Interesting and meaningful approach to a big problem Gaining focus Good CEO Try to do good for the employees

      Cons

      Went in too many directions, stuck with some of that legacy Brought in too many executive egos & cliques for IPO and still suffering from that Poor management practices but not extremely so Tend to be top-down, which they need but need to listen to the troops more

      Pros

      Their IT department was initially challenging to work for but once I got in the groove it was fairly smooth sailing.

      Cons

      Some departments were not on the same page and hampered communication.
