      Pros

      Great technology and some very clever people in parts of the company. Decent benefits, and the stock price seems to be getting stronger again.

      Cons

      Recent overhaul of management has put a group of people in charge of the company who appear to be out of their depth. They have zero understanding of the security market, and even less clue about working in a fast paced, high growth environment, so the energy has all but disappeared. What was once an inspiring company to work for is now a bit of a yawn.

      Pros

      Their IT department was initially challenging to work for but once I got in the groove it was fairly smooth sailing.

      Cons

      Some departments were not on the same page and hampered communication.
